I started my business in October 2025 with a goal of creating fashion that feels personal, creative, and sustainable. I’ve always loved expressing myself through clothes, but I got tired of fast fashion and everyone following the same trends. That’s what inspired me to start thrifting, upcycling, and customizing boots and clothing using recycled materials.

What began as a hobby quickly became something more. I started turning old boots and thrifted pieces into something completely new by painting them, adding chains, patches, textures, and other details. I realized fashion doesn’t have to be brand new or expensive to be meaningful. Some of the best pieces are the ones people overlook.

Since starting my business, I’ve already participated in two pop-up events. Those experiences showed me how much people appreciate handmade and customized fashion. One of the most rewarding parts has been inspiring other girls to get creative with their own style. A lot of people think DIY fashion has to be perfect, but I believe it’s really about self-expression and confidence.

I want to encourage more girls to thrift, customize their clothes, and use recycled materials creatively instead of always buying new things. Social media pushes people to follow trends, but DIY fashion allows people to stand out and create something unique to them.

Upcycling is also important because fashion waste is a huge issue. So many clothes and shoes get thrown away when they still have potential. Through my business, I hope to show that sustainability and creativity can go together. You don’t need a lot of money to create great style just imagination and the confidence to make something your own.
